Meet the Visionary: Amy Allgood
Guiding Women to Empowerment at Refresh Retreat
Amy is an influencer, speaker, motivator and mentor for women. She is a Successful Entrepreneur who is sought after to speak and train for groups and organizations. She has addressed audiences in excess of 12,000. Amy also provides mentorship programs and coaches women one on one. Amy's passion is helping women discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
Amy's additional interests are spending time with her family, "spaaing" and world wide travel; to date she has visited over 15 countries including China, Latin America, the Caribbean and nearly all of Europe.
Amy is married to her husband Will for 14 years and they have 3 children: Carilyn (8), Sawyer (7), and Carson (5).

Everything about this retreat blew me away! I love how it was organized with time acknowledging each persons basic needs. 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM : Renewal time & Reflection questions (in your packet) - time to reflect, hear from God and intentional journaling
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM : Mix and Mingle reception with appetizers
6:00 PM - 9:15 PM : Opening evening session

7:15 AM : Optional sunrise walk on the beach (time for connection with Gods beauty)
